The first stop of the yoga tour is the Surb Astvatsatsin Church in Yeghvard town. The church was built in 1301 on the occasion of the millennium of the declarati0on of Christianity as the state religion in Armenia. The church was built by Prince Azizbek; it is called a tomb, because the body of Azizbek's son rests here.

The next point of the tour is the Surb Gevorg Church in Mughni village. According to Zakaria Sarkavagi, a historian of the 17th century, the monastery of Surb Gevorg in Mughni was founded by the Hovhannavank community, most likely in the 13th century.

The last stop of the tour is the Teghenyats monastery near Buzhakan village. This monastery complex is located on the slope of Mount Teghenis, in the forest. We will overcome the path to the monastery lying through the forest on off-road vehicles. The monastery complex is one of the largest monuments of the medieval Armenian architecture.

The oldest structure of the Teghenyats monastery complex is a small cross-domed church of Surb Astvatsatsin dated from the 6th-7th centuries, which was discovered during excavations in 1979. The central-domed church of Katoghike built in the 12th century is located to the east of Surb Astvatsatsin church. It is a domed hall, whose facade was decorated with two niches. A medieval cemetery has been preserved not far from the ruins of the monastery. We can see chapels covered with earth and the ruins of dwellings 20 meters far from the monastery.
